Instructions For Authors

The papers were submitted via the EasyChair website

Final submission

Please, prepare carefully the paper according to the reviewers’ recommendations and to the instructions in the web site:

Please, store all the files concerning the paper in a .zip file 
[surname_name].zip
and submit it on Easychair 

*** INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE ZIPPED FILE ***
In particular, don’t forget to:
– include all sources (incl. bib files and images);
– include pdf file of the contribution, having the same name of the .tex file;
– include the Orcid of each author in the paper

Include in the zipped file you also:
– The license-to-publish form per paper (you can find it at this link)
– A text file Authors.txt including: 
– for all authors: Given Name; Family Name, 
– the name, affiliation, address and email of the corresponding author. 

It is expected that every participant will present one paper at most.

Materials

The papers should be prepared according to:

They should be at most twelve pages long.
All papers must be submitted in electronic format as PDF files before the submission deadline.

Review process

  • Papers are subject to a single-blind review process
  • Process includes a brief rebuttal at the end of the decision process
  • Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series
  • Before publication, the authors will be requested to fill and sign Springer’s form for the consent to publish and the copyright transfer

Keep in mind that papers that do not meet the guidelines will be returned to the authors.
The articles will be allowed to go through the reviewing process only if they satisfy the specified requirements.
